How to manage Spring Fever

Spring fever
 
 
When it gets warmer, we easily feel tired and in the afternoons, even sleepy. And it seems that we do not digest well and feel like losing drive. 

 It should be Spring Fever.

It is a kind of temporary symptom of tiredness because of season change. 

 How do we prevent & manage this?

 

 1. Sleeping enough
 
 

If days get longer, naturally sleeping hours get decreased.

 If you could not sleep well at nights, you would feel tiredness much easier so that you would better sleep for more than 7 hours at least.

 In the case that you had not enough sleep, sleeping for 15~30 minutes after lunch should be helpful for this fever.

 

  2. Regular meals & Taking enough nutrients


 


If you miss breakfast, you would have lunch a lot more and feel sleepy more.

Take enough water in the morning and proteins such as milk, eggs and fish.

 
 

3. Simple exercise

You could prevent yourself from this fever when you do some regular exercises such as stretching rather than tough exercise.
 

How about doing some stretching after this lunch^^?
