DRAN: How Can we prepare for combination type skincare in the changing season?

As the changing season comes closer, our dry skin in winter season gradually changes, too!!
According to the changing weather to spring, we NEED skincare.
There are more thstrongan two types of combination skin,
the most important thing is to manage the unbalanced secretion of sebum on your skin by part
For combination skin type people, their T zones look oily due to a lot of sebum secretion; U zones on your face other than T zones are so dry that you could have many fine wrinkles
Especially in the changing season, and also Especially for PEOPLE WHO HAS COMPLICATED AND COMBINATION SKIN TYPE!! 
Let’s look into the smart way of skincare!

1. Drink enough water!!



DRINK 8 cups of water at least (about 2L)
Drinking enough water would prevent your skin from being dry, also would improves blood circulation and finally would be a big help of going on a diet.
You have to try drinking enough water as much as you can.
People who have combination skin type, MUST drink a lot of water because they always suffer from wrinkles caused by a lack of moisture on their skins.
2. Wash your face with mild and HYPOALLERGENIC cleansing products!

People with combination skin type should be protective from a lot of secretion of sebum and too much stimulation on the dry area of your skin.
Therefore, they are usually asked to use mild and gentle cleansing product
Cleanse gently rinse your oily T zone with foaming cleanser, which should have enough foam and hydrating  :)
Complex skin-type people are easy to get skin problem, so they wash their face too often!
BUT!! just wash your face in the morning and at night
It could cause your skin to be too dry and it leads a lot of winkles.

Right after cleansing your face, apply basic skin care product AND! Don’t forget a moisture cream. In case your skin is too dry, apply a couple of drops of facial oil with the moisture cream.
3. CHANGE your living HABIT

Oily, spicy, and strong-tasting food could promote some of the sebum secretion to cause some skin trouble.
Eat a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits for your skin health!
Use skin exfoliating products such as face scrub once or twice a week according to your skin condition, so that you don’t get stressed out for skin troubles.
