One Korean Actress’ method how care skin


This woman named Heeea Kim has spotless healthy skin~
She is proud of her healthy skin like any woman in 20s and says that caring skin in everyday life is one key to keep it.

She mentioned in one magazine interview, that it has been 10 years to keep 49kg weight.
She said that never missing exercise and eating small Korean traditional food daily is her one method to keep fit.
Eating nuts, vegetables and fruits and never missing caring skin are another key to have healthy skin~
