[Life Information] Take your time even a little to care your eye health!




We are very open to a worst situation on the eye health these days

because taking more and more time to digital machines
such as TV, PC, Smart phone, etc in like!


We use to do work and homework with a computer without breaks,
and do not take our eyes off to the smart phone walking on the street…
and watch TV while even taking a break at home.


Really, our eyes have no break at all~




 For the health of this mush tiring eyes,

​​Not rubbing our eyes


Because the skin around the eyes is weaker,

you would better minimize the stimulus around the eyes!
 Rubbing our eyes is a bad habit making your skin get wrinkles
as well as getting your eyes take stimulus.





Taking an eye break betweenwhiles 



You would better take your eyes break for 5~10 minutes

after taking 50 minutes of using a computer.
 Put your hands around the eyes taking your eyes closed
after rubbing the hands enough to get those hit
 Because the hit would be transferred to the eyes and help blood circulation.

Seeing a farther place than where you are and
a thing having a green color such as tree, etc would be the good method
to have your eyes get an exercise and break while having your eyes a break!
 Furthermore when your eyes are dry, close those and get those a break.
